Graduate programme 2027
Two years, three studios and one real project from brief to opening day. Paid, mentored and open to graduates of any design discipline.
The programme
Join an engagement team. Walk sites, run workshops and write the brief with residents.
Develop a scheme from concept to technical drawings, with ecologists and engineers alongside.
Follow your project into construction. Stand in the park on the day it opens.

Questions
No. We welcome graduates of architecture, urban design, geography, ecology and fine art. Show us how you look at places.
Both. You choose a home studio and spend at least one rotation in the other. We pay travel and accommodation.
Every graduate from the last four cohorts has been offered a permanent role. There is no obligation to stay.
A short form, a portfolio of up to ten pages and a walk with two of us around a public space of your choice.
